What is a leader’s job? It seems like a simple question, but often we look at leadership through the lens of other people’s expectations, or we don’t take the time to think about our responsibility to the people around us. In this episode, we explore the idea that the primary responsibility of a leader is to unleash the best in others. To help with that, we also introduce five principles of effective coaches, which we’ll continue to explore in the coming weeks. What do leaders do?
